Freezing Cookie DoughThe best kinds of dough to freeze are: molded or cookie-press, drop, refrigerator, bar, and roll-and-cut cookies. For freezing cookie dough: Form refrigerator-cookie dough into a roll or a bar; then wrap in a sheet of plastic wrap. Thaw refrigerator-cookie dough in refrigerator about 1 hour, or until it slices easily. Bake as usual. Thaw any other kind of cookie dough till it can be handled easily; prepare and bake as usual. Try freezing the dough from my Easy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe...it works great! Kitchen Aid
