So Easy Chocolate BrowniesThis recipe is called, SO EASY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES for a good reason; They really ARE simple
and speedy to make.
Homemade brownies have been a staple treat in our country home for decades now. I've used several different recipes to bake brownies and this one is not only the easiest, but the best brownie recipe as well! It won't take you very long to give this easy brownie recipe a try and let your family be the judge of their moist tastiness. They probably won't last very long and will be gobbled up in no time! Ingredients:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat at Medium speed for 3 minutes. The batter will become lighter colored and more smooth after the 3 minutes, so don't skimp on the beating time. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I use the convection bake setting on my oven for these. Remove when brownie pulls slightly away from the edge of the pan. Cool on a wire rack. Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. Alternate Topping ~ an Even Quicker Finished BrownieBEFORE BAKING: Sprinkle about 1 Cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (or any flavor you like) over the top of batter. Finish by sprinkling 1/4 Cup (or enough to cover) of white sugar over the entire top of batter. Bake as directed. The kids love this topping and it is even easier than taking time to make frosting, if you are in a hurry.
